A heatwave alert has been issued across most states in the country, with rising temperatures expected to cause intense heat in the coming days. From now on, schools in Haryana will begin classes at 7:00 AM, and single-shift schools will close by 12:00 PM. For double-shift schools, the first shift will start at 7:00 AM, while the second shift will begin at 11:45 AM.
Along with these changes in school timings, the Haryana government has also announced the start of summer vacations. All schools in Haryana will be closed for summer break from June 1, 2024, until June 30, 2024. This decision was communicated through a press release, and it is mandatory for all schools to adhere to the new timings and vacation schedule.
